Kids' Play Area Rules and Safety Measures

Dear Valued Residents,

We would like to remind you of the rules and guidelines for using the Kids' Play Area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children. Please take note of the following:

Guidelines for Use:

  • Please ensure that children use the appropriate play area according to their age group:
  1. Kids' Play Area: For children aged 5 years and below.
  2. Teens' Play Area: For children aged 6 to 12 years old.

Supervision:

  • All children must be always accompanied by a supervising adult.
  • Kindly follow the posted rules and regulations in each play area to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users.
  • Regular maintenance and cleaning schedules are in place to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.

Rules of Play:

No Shoes: Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times.

No Jewellery: Leave badges, jewellery, or any personal belongings with parents or guardians.

No Sickness: Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.

No Throwing: Balls or other objects should not be thrown at others.

No Sharp Objects: Sharp objects should not be taken into the play area.

No Smoking or Fire: Smoking and playing with fire are strictly prohibited within the play area.

No Littering: Please dispose of your trash responsibly.

No Rough Play: Play fighting, chasing, tumbling, kicking, and boxing are not permitted in this area.

No Bullying: Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Offenders may be asked to leave the area.

No Food: No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed in the play area.

Designated Area for Shoes and Baby Strollers: Shoes, slippers, and baby strollers should be kept in the designated area outside the play area.

Safety Measures:

  • CCTV Operation: CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of all users.

We kindly ask all parents and guardians to ensure that these rules are followed to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Proper Dress Code within the Community

As part of our ongoing efforts to foster a respectful and harmonious living environment, we would like to remind all residents of the importance of adhering to an appropriate dress code within our community.

Guidelines for Proper Dress Code:

  1. Modesty: Clothing should cover the shoulders, midriff, and knees. Please avoid wearing overly revealing attire in public areas.
  2. Respect for Cultural Values: We have residents with conservative views on dress. Kindly be considerate of their comfort and beliefs by dressing modestly, especially in communal spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and recreational areas.
  3. Appropriate Attire for Facilities: When using amenities like the gym, pool, or play areas, please ensure that your attire is suitable and respectful of the shared environment.
