For Owners
If you’re a registered unit owner, you should have received an email from noreply@iskaan.com with the subject “Owner Login Credentials”, containing your username and temporary password.
Didn’t receive it yet? No problem — simply send an email to info@privilegeadmins.com with the following details:
- Your Full Name
- Your Building Name
- Your Unit Number
Our team will verify your details and send your login credentials promptly.
For Tenants
Need to make a service or access request? Follow these quick steps:
- Type your Community or Building Name in the search box under the E-Services section.
- Select your Community from the results.
- Choose the appropriate request type from the list.
- Fill in your details and attach any required documents.
- Click Submit to send your request.
